Abstract: 

To benefit from the High quality of education, it is essential to have an effective teacher training model. The aim of the present study is to design and compile an appropriate model of efficient teacher’s training at the level of the Islamic Republic with an emphasis on High level documents. Based on the aim of the survey, the research was practical. Its method was qualitative and its data was Grand theory. The statistical population of the study included professors of Farhangian University in the academic year of 2020-2021. The research tool was half structured interview. Based on the objectives of the research, 21 professors were identified, selected and interviewed between 30 to 40 minutes in a purposeful manner. The adequacy of the sample was also theoretical saturation. The research measurement tool is a type of in-depth interview technique, in which questions are pre-determined. Data collection tools were organized interviews, the questions of which were prepared based on the High level documents and then by using Delphi method, they were presented to the experts and its content validity was confirmed. To measure its reliability, Kapa coefficient(agreement between judges)was used. The obtained coefficient was0. 87, which is an acceptable coefficient in terms of psychometrics. The concepts extracted from these interviews include 105 intial codes and 15 initial classifications which are reflected in three stages: open, central, and selective coding in the form of a theoretical model, focusing on the main categories (expertise, commitment, progress, causal, contextual and, intervening conditions, strategies, and consequences. The present findings can be used as a conceptual framework for designing and developing a teacher training model at the level of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Abstract: 

Purpose: The aim of this study was to develop a standard model of teachers' professional competence on the basis of High-level documents. Methodology: This was an applied research in terms of purpose and was a sequential exploratory mixed study in terms of data collection. Data collection tools in the qualitative phase were the analysis of the content of High-level documents to extract the components. In order to ensure the validity of the content analysis checklist, content and face validity method and expert opinion were used. The data in qualitative phase were analyzed through three open, axial and selective coding methods. The findings included 69 symbols in the open coding, where they were classified in the form of 4 concepts including recruitment, teacher education, teacher retention & promotion and evaluation in the axial coding. The research instrument in the quantitative phase was a researcher-made. Findings: The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts in the field of education. Confirmatory factor analysis, convergent validity, and divergent validity were used to evaluate the construct validity, and hybrid reliability was used to evaluate the construct reliability. As well as, in the quantitative phase of research, structural equations under Smart PLS software were used to evaluate the standard model of teachers' professional competence. All factor loadings were significant at 99% confidence level in developing the standard model of teachers' professional competence on the basis of High-level documents of Education. Conclusion: The results indicated that Managers, teachers, and administrators can employ the symbols, concepts, and categories identified in this study in their future planning to make the teachers' professional competence.

Abstract: 

Interpretation of the Hidden Imam reports of the movement in a difficult and different space. He is the guide who has to shoulder the great responsibilities of Imam in his absence period in which his existence is obscure and unknown. How can it be possible to have such management? This research aims to provide a glimpse of this management style, based on an image provided by the narrative documents and authentic informal evidence.The most important finding and implication of this study is to understand the Imam's presence among us. We see him, but our (spiritual) blindness prevents us from recognizing him. He did not abandon our supervision and is not forgotten. It is with his tact which some communities are shaped and some conspiracies are neutralized. He is our helper at the turning points of our personal and social life and keeps us in the great trials and does not let us get captured and annihilated by the enemy.

Abstract: 

Purpose: This study aimed to monitor information literacy components in the High-level Higher education documents of Iranian universities and analyze the results with the elements of the information literacy framework for Higher educationMethods: This qualitative study was based on theoretical analyses. The research population consisted of four High-level Higher education documents in Iran and the information literacy framework for Higher education. The study used a checklist based on Gal's technique and qualitative and directed content analysis in NVivo.Findings: A total of 99 themes related to information literacy components were identified in the High-level documents. Based on the information literacy framework elements, these themes were classified into four categories (knowledge implementation, manifestation and reflection, self-evaluation, and possible evaluations) and two sub-categories (knowledge actions and attitudinal actions). Themes related to manifestation and reflection received the Highest attention (frequency 35.35%), while the themes about self-evaluation received the least attention (frequency 13.13%) in the studied documents. The Document on the comprehensive scientific map in Iran had the most themes (n=51) related to the elements of the information literacy framework. Despite the significance of information literacy skills training to the academic community at the global level, the constructive role of these skills in empowering the audience has not received the attention it deserves in Iran's High-level Higher education documents.Conclusion: The results of this monitoring can motivate more severe attention and explicit inclusion of the elements of the information literacy framework in Iran's High-level Higher education documents. The outcome will be developing and implementing continuous programs for information literacy skills training in universities and empowering audiences based on new international guidelines and frameworks.

Abstract: 

The concept of corruption is one of the concepts that has always been considered as a violation or deviation from social and divine laws and order. This issue is so key that it can be said that the law was formed both on the opposite side of corruption and around it. The emphasis on establishing and promoting a nationwide and universal law in the hope of avoiding any type of corruption is considered the historical and political basis of all legislations. Based on this, the basic laws and upper documents in the government of modern nations have been formed to minimize or completely eliminate corruption and are always updated according to the new forms of corruption. The frequency of concepts and examples of corruption in these laws shows the level and intensity of governments' treatment of laws in every government and society, which can be considered as a political comparison in reducing corruption and promoting the culture of development and peace, especially today. In this research, the policies to reduce the level of corruption contained in the upstream documents have been examined in accordance with the components of positive peace. The data of this research have been extracted and analyzed by qualitative content analysis method. The findings show that the relevant policies have positive characteristics, such as building values and lofty concepts, dealing with corruption, preventing the abuse of opportunities; And in some cases, the negative characteristics of codified policies, such as generality, vagueness,.....

Abstract: 

Cyberspace is a set of cyber-based capabilities that can be used to support national power and to achieve strategic goals in cyberspace and beyond it. Strategic planning and macro-policymaking in this area require the formulation of guiding principles to guide and lead the necessary activities and measurements in order to achieve national goals and interests that are being pursued in the form of a cyber-power doctrine. In this paper, the main objective is to identify the factors and components that influence the formulation of a cyber power doctrine in Iran's pre-emptive notification policies and High level documents. This research, in terms of purpose, is fundamental and, in terms of the nature and method of data collection, is a descriptive-case study. The approach used to analyze data is also qualitative and based on the method of content and analysis the meta-synthesis. The collected data is analyzed by MAXQDA software after scanning. Findings of this research show that dealing with world domination, intelligent and influential dealing in global interactions, is one of the basic principles in developing a cyber power doctrine in communicative policies. Also, in High level documents, emphasis has been placed on shaping cyber legal and judicial rules and promotion of Islamic culture and values as a basis for strategic policies and goals in the direction of cyber-power.

Abstract: 

Analyzing administrative documents holds significant importance within the realms of archaeology and sociology, akin to the study of other archaeological evidence. These examinations play a pivotal role in reconstructing various systems, encompassing management, social dynamics, economic structures, and political frameworks. Delving into administrative management within prehistoric societies unveils the intricate social intricacies and the supervision exercised by a designated leader or head over a subordinate group, representing an internal control mechanism. Notably, seals, impressions on seals, and diverse accounting artifacts serve as pivotal administrative documents. However, the exploration and investigation of such cultural data in northwestern Iran remain relatively scarce. Therefore, the current study endeavors to present, evaluate, and scrutinize the administrative records of Chalcolithic societies in northwestern Iran, employing a descriptive-analytical approach. Numerous inquiries persist without resolution regarding the administrative records and evidence pertaining to the later prehistory of northwest Iran. Ambiguity surrounds the quantification of Chalcolithic administrative documents within this region. Furthermore, the methodology for analyzing and evaluating the ownership and managerial evidence from the later prehistoric era in this area remains unclear. Addressing these uncertainties can establish a definitive framework and a solid foundation for investigating these matters in northwest Iran. Leveraging administrative data obtained from various sites including Tepe Chay Khoy, Chakhmaqluq, Tepe Kulyeri (Tepe Caravanserai), Sohachay Tepe, and others, the authors conduct an assessment of managerial evidence in the northwestern region of Iran. Furthermore, utilizing extant cultural artifacts and drawing upon the outcomes of prior studies facilitates an exploration into phenomena such as long-distance trade, economic endeavors, social intricacies, and cultural exchanges with neighboring areas

Abstract: 

This paper proposes a 2.4 GHz active mixer without passive inductor for the transceiver system. Taking into account the design requirements of the mixer, a double-balanced down-conversion structure with active inductor and negative resistance is designed. The proposed mixer with 130 nm CMOS technology is designed and simulated using Cadence software at 1.5 V supply voltage. Although we had to compromise conversion gain with linearity, we were able to achieve very High conversion gain with average linearity. Based on the results of post-layout simulations, the conversion gain of 27.57 dB, IIP3 equal to -7.88 dBm, 1-dB compression point equal to -17.34 dBm and IIP2 equal to 44.22 dBm with power consumption of 2.5 mW was obtained for the proposed mixer. The chip size without input and output pads is 95.18 µm × 117.68 µm, which leads to a chip area of 0.0112mm2.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the existing status of the curriculum of the second grade primary science books based on upstream documents. The research method is a combination of consecutive exploration. The qualitative research sample in the Documentation section included all of the Upstream Documentary Education in the Elementary Secondary Science Course, and the Subjects included all Elementary Content and Education Experts in the Elementary Education and expert Experts in the Upstream Documentation. A small sample of all teachers was a member of the Unit of Experimental Science Curriculum Unit in Tehran. In the Document Analysis section, the criteria and components underlying the Secondary Education Experimental Curriculum were identified and categorized, and five categories of attention to basic competency-based targeting model, attention to technological literacy, were identified and categorized., Attention to context-based approach, attention to the principle of active learner role, attention to the principle of credibility, and the role of teacher reference in the empirical science curriculum were purposefully selected and identified for subcategories related to each of the categories obtained from the upper hand documents., With groups and experts in the relevant Curriculum Council Experts in the field of content in Science Education II, experts and practitioners associated with the design and formulation of the National Curriculum Document semistructured interviews and questionnaires were developed to act Amdo Thlyl Mhtva forms. The findings of the study showed that the least attention to the empirical sciences curriculum is to technological literacy and the most attention to the principles of basic competencies. Self-evaluation, criticism, and rational thinking need more consideration and attention.
